You can report any unethical, illegal, or improper conduct including, but not limited to:

• Fraud or financial mismanagement
• Corruption or bribery
• Mistreatment/Mishandling
• Harassment or discrimination
• Misuse of company resources
• Any other violations of ethical standards or the law

Confidentiality and Anonymity

We respect your privacy. All reports will be treated with the strictest confidentiality, and you have the option to remain anonymous. If you choose to disclose your identity, it will be protected to the fullest extent possible, in compliance with legal requirements.

How to Report a Concern

There are several ways you can report a concern:

   Use our secure, encrypted online form to submit your report anonymously or with your details.
2. Email
   Send your concerns to our dedicated whistleblower email at Whistleblower@progressivecr.com.

Investigation Process

1. The concern will be reviewed by our team.
2. A formal investigation will be launched
3. We will take appropriate corrective actions based on the findings.
4. The whistleblower will be informed of the outcome to those who opt to share their contact details.

Protection Against Retaliation

Progressive Credit is committed to protecting whistleblowers from retaliation. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unfair treatment against those who raise concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited. Retaliatory actions will result in disciplinary action, including possible termination.
